Your First Visit

In order to have the most efficient visit to our office, we ask that our new patients fill out their new patients forms at home before they arrive to their appointment. A link to the online form is emailed once a new patient appointment is scheduled.

The initial examination is a fact-finding mission. At this appointment we will introduce you to our staff, provide you with a tour of our office and introduce you to Dr. Leung. We will then gather the clinical information required for us to make a clinical recommendation.

Our patients’ physical and emotional comfort is a priority to us. We always make sure to listen to our patients so that we clearly understand his or her needs. We explain each and every procedure in its entirety before beginning treatment, and we always give our patients the opportunity to ask questions.

Please bring any referral letters or notes if it was provided by your general dentist. If patient has had a recent panoramic radiograph, please bring a copy of that x-ray or e-mail it to info@oldbridgeortho.com.
